At what time the room will be avaible? |
We are pleased to offer your room as soon as it will be ready. Howhever not later to 12:00 a.m. |

At what time time is check-out time? |
On departure day clients are kindly requested to vacant the rooom and settle the bill by 12:00 a.m. |

Could store my luggages in Hotel after having checked-out?

Luggages can be stored in hotels until you request. |

Starting from what time is breakfast served? |
At 7:00, breakfast room will be open to offer you a rich buffet. Service will be available up to 10:30 a.m. |

Where could I park my car? |
We have a large parking unattended , just around the hotel and some car place in a garage.The place for your car can be booked in advance. |

Do you have a Internet connection in hotel? |
Every room has a modem plug on the desk, where you can connect your notebook. The hotel hall, lounge and meeting area are covered by INTERNET WI-FI connection. Two fixed Internet point are available and free of charge, in the lounge area. |

Does hotel provide a shuttle service to Airport? |
We don't have a shuttle to Airport, but we can organize shuttle service by car or bus, on your request. Shuttle service to the Airport , called AEROBUS , takes you inside the airport, and it stops every half an hour at the bus stop of Maggiore Hospital |

Does hotel provide a shuttle service to Trade Fair? |
In event of important exibitions we organize shuttle service From/To Hotel and trade Fair. Exibition center can also be reached by pubblic bus. or taxi. |
